The company develops and manages properties along the beach resorts of the Black Sea in Bulgaria and soon throughout Bulgaria. It is involved in the development of large scale master planned mixed use communities, and resorts to simple asset conversions.

 

VPD enables and manages properties for investor’s, individual owners and developers. Our aim is to satisfy all the parts that are cooperate with us and the owner’s promise that will do their best to give them the highest return of their investment.

 

Coordinate the efforts of the general contractor and the local authorities to gain all necessary licenses and permits required to build the apartment complex in conjunction with the operations plan.

 

Prior to the expiration of all project warranties, inspections must are conducted to determine the existence of any warranted defects and arrange necessary corrective actions.
